The premises used to work as a cinema. Today, the balcony is used for that purpose (136 sets). The ground floor was remodeled as a hall with a dance floor for 120 guests. In the autumn of 2002, the whole building was reconstructed, an extension with a bar was built, capacity was raised, and new changing rooms and showers for performers were constructed. Balls, dance parties, cinema-coffee events, folks festivals, presentation events, seminars, and exhibitions take place here. Many interest organizations and pensioner clubs use the facility regularly for their purposes.
